### Beautiful cottage minutes from Rye High Street

This unique cottage is situated on one of the most desirable streets in Rye opposite a fabulous pub and less than half a mile to the centre of Rye. Enter into the Grade 2 listed property to a quaint living area with wood burner and comfy seating and flat screen smart TV. Follow through to an open plan kitchen with banquet seating and dining table. There is a modern ground floor family bathroom with shower over bath and utility area with washer dryer. Outside there is a paved patio garden with table and chairs for alfresco dining. Upstairs on the first floor there is a double bedroom with king size bed and ample storage. There is also a separate reading/TV lounge area for a quiet escape or to watch a film from the open plan area downstairs. On the top floor there is a further large double bedroom with king size bed and built in storage. Tea, coffee and basic kitchen provisions provided & professedly laundered linen and towels.  
Rye is a charming ancient town situated 3 miles from the South Coast. A delight for visitors where they can visit various historical buildings and enjoy the many cafes , restaurants and pubs in the area. Rye has become well known for its diverse and interesting antique and lifestyle shops. A little Mecca for browsing! The famous white sandy beach of Camber Sands is only 3 miles away so perfect for a long walk or picnic in the dunes or visit Rye Harbour Sanctuary for miles of uninterrupted wetlands to walk through and enjoy.
