It is situated opposite the Landgate arch and is just minutes from the historic attractions, antique shops, art galleries, bars and restaurants that Rye has to offer. The cottage has two bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 3\. There is a double bedroom on the first floor and a second bedroom in the loft that has one small (2ft6") singles. The bedrooms and bathroom of the cottage are accessed via steep spiral staircases which may not be suitable for the elderly or very young. A well set out kitchen, given the space constraints, and a clean, well maintained bathroom. Comfy for 2 adults, with the furniture, log burner and exposed beams making the sitting room very cosy. The stairs are (very) steep, and the property would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues, but that is flagged in the description. Very central location for Rye, and easy parking in the cattle market car park. There is also short stay parking immediately outside the property, making it easy to unpack on arrival and pack up again when leaving.
