« We only spend one night in that hotel and we thought it was great. We ate in the restaurant and it was very good. The room was big and clean as was the bathroom. A minor problem about the bathroom was that the blind could not be wound down, as the mechanism was broken, and although the window was opaque glass, with the light on we felt a little exposed. The location was great and we were given a free passes for the bus to Thun town centre which we did use. The breakfast was varied and...

« Les très mauvaises notes de certains internautes ne sont pas justifiées. Alors oui cet hôtel est un peu vieillot, notamment les sanitaires des chambres qui demanderaient à être rénovés mais tout de même. Le bâtiment est magnifique, l’emplacement idéal à deux pas de la gare des trains, du départ des bus et du quai des bateaux en partance pour le lac de Thoune. Malgré cet emplacement près de la gare, l’hôtel est calme. Le petit déjeuner (propreté du sol de la salle à revoir car il est collant)...

« ⸻ Un séjour des plus agréables. Le personnel s’est montré d’une grande gentillesse, toujours attentif et prévenant. Notre chambre, spacieuse et parfaitement entretenue, disposait d’un balcon offrant une très belle vue, dont nous avons pleinement profité. Un détail appréciable : peignoirs et pantoufles étaient mis à disposition pour accéder confortablement au spa. Le dîner au restaurant fut délicieux, une véritable découverte culinaire. Seule petite surprise : une simple carafe d’eau facturée 5...

"Les espaces communs sont spacieux propres et très agréables. La terrasse offre un joli panorama sur la ville. L'espace cuisine avec le café offert est très appréciable, tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner est là si vous le souhaitez. La chambre est très propre, hélas que la canapé lit qui servait pour les enfants grince énormément. Petit bémol, pour l'ouverture de la chambre via une clef sur le téléphone, car ça marchait qu'au bout de 15 tentatives !!!"
