"Pro-tip up front: if you want to do your luggage early before check in, make sure you message the guesthouse in advance. There is no regular reception. This is a very well organized guesthouse. It's a few minutes walk to the subway. Restaurants, bars and shops all within two blocks. They have fancy bidet toilets that can dry you with warm air. "The room is clean. It also provides a plug board which is really great! The water in the bath is strong enough. We love it's location, very convenient, walkable distance to a lot of food, train station, shopping areas. I also like that the bathroom (with a large bathtub), the toilet and the washing basin are separated. The only thing that I don't like is that there is no overhead lights above the wardrobe mirror. (just a minor thing)"

"Hotel has a fairly modern design and was situated just outside the main areas. Was situated uphill so took estimated 10-15 mins to the subway station. Room design was nice and simple and the toilet and shower area was separated which is really nice. Basic amenities are provided and there are daily housekeeping. For the price, I think it’s a pretty good deal. Minus points are the uphill location and the cleanliness can be improved. Please add hooks to the bathroom. "

"Highly recommend this hotel! It was lunar New Year, and the hotel owner worked the lobby and parking garage so he can give his staff the holiday off. He was very accommodating and helped us do an early check in. The rooms are gorgeous and sparkling clean with a deep soaking tub perfect for relaxation! It is walking distance from Jagalchi, BIFF, Gukje/Bupyeong market, and the Fashion district. Thank you for our amazing stay! I will definitely stay here again."
