« The apartment was clean and spacious and had pretty much everything you could need. I wasn't cooking, but one thing I didn't find was a cutting board in the kitchen. I did not use the pool / spa but the area looked nice. Location was very convenient to lots of things, and if you're not in a rush I recommend trying to use the bus a few times, there is one that stops right near the apartment building and goes downtown or west through West Hollywood. »

« Terrible. Although I didn’t stay for my stay they threaten to take “legal actions” because their system never charged me on the due date for my stay. That resulting in us not staying because it was too much hassle. Mind u they claim they have video evidence of me checking in which is a lie because I never did. So to lie and say u have evidence when u clearly don’t is crazy. Mind u they are not even suppose to be air bnb’n out of their apartment. Well that’s what it seemed like. It was sketchy...

« This home is even nicer than it looks in the photos. It was perfectly clean and nicely appointed. It had everything we needed for a great stay. It’s located in a nice neighborhood. The touches of Disney were a nice addition, but they weren’t too much. I would recommend this home to any type of traveler. »

« Our stay at the Disney Jungle Escape was nothing short of amazing! The location was convenient to several restaurants and shopping centers. The proximity to Disneyland made it easy to travel to and from the park with toddlers. Rich and Viv were responsive assisting with any questions we had regarding the property. Overall, I would recommend and look forward to staying here again in the future. »

« We were unable to find the property or reach Shaw Carter, the property manager (or whatever). We were stranded and Verbo found us a room at Best West. We had to pay for the night and decided to spend the additional 2 nights in Santa Monica. I tried to reach BW for itemized receipt but manager not in until Monday. Will send info asap. »

« The property was neatly decorated and very clean. The residents near us were friendly and helpful. The property was located close to the attractions we had traveled to see and had easy access to the roads and freeways. The owners were quick to answer any questions or concerns that we had. »
