The apartment consists of entrance-kitchen, day-night room and mosaic bathroom with shower, equipped with any type of comfort and convenience, complete with crockery and kits as well as independent heating, air conditioning, armored door etc ... very well finished complete with excellent furnishings and with a stationary bike.
Equipped with TV in the kitchen and large TV in the bedroom.
Located in the Eur area and in front of Roma 3 University, residential with concierge and lift. A few meters from the METRO with other bus services and more, ample free street parking, commercial services and five-a-side football fields, just a few hundred meters from the Euroma 2 hypermarket.
