Amenities for your enjoyment include a 2.1-mile community boardwalk, a firepit, a fishing dock, a hammock park with an outdoor kitchen and gas grills, a bayfront pool, a bayfront pier, and kayaks (must remain at the pier). Your home is centrally located within the community and is within walking distance of these amazing amenities. The home, recently built in 2022, boasts an abundance of features, from a private gas grill and outdoor dining area to an inviting waterfront patio with an outdoor dining area - ideal for steak nights or spending quality time with loved ones. Enjoy amazing views of the bay from the comfort of the patio which features an outdoor TV and fans that keep everyone cool. With free WiFi, streaming, and board games, you won't go short of entertainment for those lazy evenings. Guests in violation will be removed. Boat trailers do not count as a vehicle and must be parked in the driveway of the unit. Weddings, parties, and RVs are not permitted on-site. \*\*Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors.
