« The town was wonderful, friendly, and safe. The only negative was that it was on the flight path for Heathrow which at times was loud. Not a problem during the day but interrupted sleep at times. »

« We stayed at this property in February 2024 for a week as a family of 4 to visit London. The property is a charming small townhouse in a pedestrian alley at the heart of beautiful Richmond. « Property was great for family of 3. Location was excellent, and the cheese shop and pub downstairs were awesome. Great layout, everything you need for an extended stay. The communal entrance to the apartment looks pretty tired, but once you enter the actual unit, it's well updated. It is an older building, so decent amount of noise from outside and footsteps from unit above, so bring earplugs if that's an issue. Would definitely book again »

« The hotel is looking a bit jaded and tired. Even the newer rooms. The new bar is very nicely decorated. However the hotel seems to have a lot of weddings and parties - there were 2 one evening and a wedding the next which makes for lots of people, loud music, a full car park, unhappy guests with young children who could not sleep. »
