"The hotel has nice views, but the bathrooms need renovation. The shower is not working properly, and the hall bathroom needs renovation. The food there isn't that good, especially the steak. "This isn't a hotel but just one room behind Rua Banana. Unable to contact in advance. After a long hot day I showed up at the room only to be told by the neighbors that the room has a problem. They called the owner Fatima and she advised me to go to another hotel. Unfortunately the other hotel demanded payment in cash. When I called Fatima again she told me she had no connection with Expedia and that I should pay again! If the room has a problem why not cancel the booking without wasting my time? Terrible customer service. Asked Expedia for a refund."

"Small, clean, efficient rooms. Noise was a major issue as rooms have no noise insulation to stop sounds from hallways.
