Villa Perla - Homelike Villas

Villa Perla is set in a secluded and quiet location in the heart of the Tuscan countryside, among vineyards and olive groves. It enjoys a privileged panoramic view of the Valdarno in the Florence area.
It has a large garden with swimming pool. It has been completely renovated inside. It comprises 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The rooms feature a beautiful ceiling with exposed beams and floors with terracotta tiles, and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need.
The living room, next to the kitchen, boasts a large, antique fireplace that can be used to grill the traditional Florentine steak! To the right is the dining room with a long table for lunches and dinners together. On the ground floor, there is a double room with a bathroom; on the first floor, there is the main bathroom with tub and shower and four more very spacious rooms.
In the garden, in addition to the beautiful swimming pool, there is a large space with a table to eat and enjoy moments in the open air.

In case of Reservation, the following CONDITIONS are accepted:
Guests are informed that they will be checked in at the Villa La Borghetta hotel and then accompanied to the villa.
