"My first room 501 was in perfect condition. Due to the thunderstorm, my power was flickering in my room, and my TV went out. The front desk said to give it 20 minutes, so I waited about an hour, and the TV was still not working. I requested a new room, she put me on the second floor room 208, and that room looked used and not very clean. Bed had stains, towels looked touched, counters weren't wiped, the coffee machine was dirty, toilet seat was up and slightly dirty. I requested 3rd or 4th floor but she was giving me 6th floor. She said the hotel was booked out but the parking lot didn't look booked out. She did give me extra sheets to change and a breakfast for the next day as my accommodation, because I asked for it due to the room condition. My stay was from July 19th-21st"
"We had a late check-in, which was made quick and easy by the front desk team. Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable with a beautiful view. The breakfast was hot, fresh and delicious with SO many options! When we are in the area again, we will definitely stay again!"
