The Valley Ho staff is very friendly and the place is relaxed an festive... and the hotel is centrally located to all of Old Town Scottsdale. Zuzu Restarant in the hotel is a great hangout. One area that is not an option is the outdoor pool in not heated - so during the winter the pool is sometimes closed or you'll have to swim in cold water. The good news is the jacuzzis are heated. Great all round place..."

"The location is one of the best in Scottsdale. The staff is friendly and genuinely offers service with a smile- Marcella at the Front Desk, Cornelius in Azul Clubhouse, Brenda Lopez in housekeeping are an asset to the property. The breakfast has ample choices and the evening reception is an excellent place to have a few drinks which are on the house and interact with other guests. The hotel is a 15 minute walk from Fashion Square and the eateries/shopping around old Scottsdale. Beds are comfortable, rooms are spacious although bedrooms and bathrooms are dated to the point they could be a deal breaker for some."
