« This property is in a great location!! It's an easy walk to the beach, convenience store, and ice cream & pastie shop. The property is large enough to support common gathering and eating. There is also a bonus room upstairs if you feel the need to get away. Everyone had a space to call their own and felt comfortable. If you go in the summer, take fans. There are 2 window AC units but fans were nice for sleeping. I did alert the property manager of some missing and damaged screens. They assured...

« We had three families totaling 14 people. This place was ideal! Plenty of bedrooms and beds for the adults and kids to pick. Plenty of bathrooms so no waiting! Plenty of space! Spent lots of time on the porch. Kids spent lots of time in the river! The whole place is homey and comfortable with everything you could need! With seven boys and a teenage girl it can be challenging to meet everyone's needs - this place nailed it! Hope to come back again. »

The host was more than accommodating to any need, and the amenities were more than I have experienced at any other rental. Our guests fell in love with the UP thanks to the Grandview Lodge. »
