"I gave the hotel up for but I really would like to have given it a four and a half. The staff was very helpful, the rooms were clean. The pool and hot tub were crystal clear and kept up very well. They have live plants through the hotel which are not maintained and look like they're dying which really took away from the atmosphere. The breakfast was minimal. Overall a good value for the money."

"Staff was awesome, in particular Christine. She went out of her way to be accommodating. I stayed last year and the hotel was nice. However, the new ownership has done an amazing job on the room renovations and taken the place to the next level. I spend about 2 weeks every month in different hotels and there are very few that stand out but this one does for the cleanliness, renovations, location, etc. When I find a good one it is hard to tell everyone how wonderful it is because I don't want the property to become too popular and then I would have to find another spot. The Three Seasons Restaurant next door is also fantastic; although, I always get the Perch Dinner (pan sauteed)."

"The property was very nice. It is manage remotely for the most part which is not bad. The only problem I encountered was with expedia. The property wanted to communicate with me to give me the entrance code to the room. Going through expedia required me to sign into expedia with a 6 digit code that they sent me. Expedia’s system then did not accept the code. I went to the hotel not knowing anything about the remote management. However, there was contact information there at the hotel. Thibgs were quickly put in line and we had a nice evening."

"As always, the staff were outstanding. I will return to this motel when I'm in the area because I am so satisfied with the staff. My only suggestion is to clean the floor in the rooms more frequently. A Swiffer or something similar would improve the cleanliness of the floor very much."
