Notre maison de ville est parfaite pour un groupe d'amis, une famille ou des travailleurs. Idéalement située, vous serez à quelques minutes à pied des attraits les plus remarquables du Vieux-Québec : le célèbre Château Frontenac, la rue Saint-Jean animée, les Plaines d’Abraham, la Grande Allée vivante, et bien plus encore. Charmante et accueillante, avec ses hauts plafonds, ses murs en briques et ses fenêtres élégantes, vous vous sentirez comme dans une autre époque, tout en bénéficiant des commodités du XXIe siècle ! Je vous souhaite la bienvenue dans le Vieux-Québec ! Préparez-vous à séjourner confortablement dans notre maison. Vous y trouverez trois chambres avec grands lits, deux salles de bain complètes avec douches, un salon accueillant avec deux canapés convertibles en lits, ainsi qu'une cuisine et une salle à manger aménagées en espace ouvert où vous aurez tout le nécessaire pour préparer des repas délicieux et les partager avec vos amis, votre famille ou simplement vos collègues. La ville de Québec se divise en trois grands secteurs : Le Centre-Ville, communément appelé « la Basse-Ville » : Lorsque vous séjournez dans ce secteur, vous devrez monter vers la Haute-Ville. La Haute-Ville, comprenant le Vieux-Québec et le Faubourg Saint-Jean-Baptiste : Le Vieux-Québec avec ses anciennes fortifications. C'est le quartier que tout le monde visitera. Autrefois, les fortifications servaient à se protéger des Anglais ; aujourd'hui, elles servent à préserver les touristes à l’intérieur ;) En bref, cette zone est superbe, vous allez adorer. Elle est essentiellement conçue pour le tourisme. Vous pouvez acheter un t-shirt "I LOVE QUEBEC" et d'autres souvenirs dans les nombreuses boutiques qui s’y trouvent. Le Faubourg Saint-Jean-Baptiste, situé à côté des fortifications, est là où se trouve ma propriété. Vous vivrez ici avec les habitants du quartier. La rue Saint-Jean est une belle rue commerçante où vous pourrez vous promener et profiter de l'ambiance animée. Cette rue vous mènera directement aux fortifications, à seulement 5 minutes à pied de votre logement. Vous aurez accès à l'intégralité du logement ainsi qu’à la terrasse sur le toit. Nous sommes disponibles pour répondre à vos questions tous les jours entre 9h et 22h (heure de l'Est). Pour vous stationner, le week-end, il est généralement assez facile de trouver un parking gratuit (du vendredi à 16h au lundi à 10h) dans les rues autour du bâtiment. En semaine, comptez environ 20 $ par jour pour vous garer. Plusieurs parcomètres (2,25 $/h) sont situés à proximité du bâtiment et fonctionnent de 9h à 21h. Connection very low signal made it impossible to get help from David. We finally figured out by ourselves that there was a stronger signal available from another option with an ...ext on it. If you have mobility issues this would not be for you.....it's a 3 level townhouse with lots of stairs. ##### Linda R. The unit is located right in the JeanBaptiste community. Just two blocks away is the main street with shops and restaurants and other interesting things to see.The unit was comfortable and the kitchen outfitted for nearly anything you can think of. ##### Anne L. It was nice to have coffee and filters available. The check in process was a little trouble because the apartment wasn’t quite ready. We were about 30 minutes early though. The owner allowed us to leave our bags at the apartment so we were able to grab lunch. It worked out just fine in the end. The apartment was in a very nice location. ##### Kathy J. Staying with Beautiful Townhouse in Old Quebec was a pleasure. The location was perfect, the home was cozy and clean, and GDP was always available to answer our questions. Highly recommended! It was well equipped with everything we needed. The washer and dryer were an added bonus. The bathrooms were very nice and the bedrooms comfortable. It was great to come back after a long day in Quebec city and relax. We also enjoyed getting croissants and cheese from local shops. Parking was only an issue one day and usually we found a spot right in front or very close. ##### Virginia M. The townhouse was very spacious with 3 levels, one bedroom on each. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. The teen slept on the pullout futon, which was not super but fine for a couple nights. Two full bathrooms, with shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided in the showers. Townhouse was well stocked with the essentials. Beds were freshly made with linens, towels were in the shape of swans when we arrived. The kitchen had full range of appliances, dishes and pans. The host communicated quickly and thoroughly; check in and check out instructions were clear. The location is in a city-populated area so we did see some homeless/groups hanging out in the streets nearby the townhouse, but overall we felt safe walking around together. Rue Saint-Jean was a short walk away with eateries and shops. Old Quebec and some of the touristy spots were about a 15-20 minute walk. We parked in nearby parking garages 2 nights and found street parking 1 night. Some of the places we visited and recommend were: Old Quebec/Petit Champlain District, Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac Hotel, Parc de la Chute-Montmorency waterfall (15 min drive), Citadelle de Quebec Fort tour. Food: Bistro 1640, Il Matto (Italian), Le Billig Creperie Bistro (short walk). Thank you, would stay again! ##### Alyson A.
