"This is a Relais & Chateau, and the staff is as responsive as this expects. Rooms are nice if a bit dated. Pool area is good. Spa has a whirlpool, jacuzzi, and wet & dry saunas available on request but monitored to ensure they’re not too busy.
Dining was excellent. I am celiac/gluten-free and staff ensured I was kept safe.
Beach facility is a short shuttle ride (on request) from the hotel. All is nicely laid out and ready. It was a bit reduced by the lateness in the season.

"For sure not a 4 stars hotel. Confused and unprofessional staff and promised services not available for the most. Restaurant inside hotel very poor, breakfast good for a two stars hotels. Air conditioning impossible to stop from the room. Baby club only few hours for day and very questionable. "

"On a twelve day visit around Italy and Slovenia and my daughters highlight is this one night stay. The host was quick to respond and eager to help. The views were amazing. It was the perfect break from time in the cities within Italy. When imagining how Tuscany might be, we were concerned it was a myth. We found it here."

The lady at the front counter initially must get some manners. Agitatedly accusing/greating me with being late after arriving at 20:30 although expedia shows check in until 2200. But the other staff was great!"
