« No TV when we got there. No wifi. No cereal bowls. No hot water for the majority of our stay. It was t exactly hot weather either so just shocking. Not once did anybody offer us extra toilet rolls or clean towel in the eleventh days we stayed there. My hair smelt of mould for the entire time. »

« My bestie and i travel together a couple times a year and chose the Cape for this year's adventure. We chose this location because it was right on Cape Cod Bay, 15 mintes from Provincetown and central to many great beaches. The room was very clean with no sandy floors or musty smells. Shower sparkled, towels were clean, fluffy and absorbent and sheets were crisp and clean. Heat and A/C were needed (crazy weather) and both worked without issue. Just a lovely place that completely met our needs....

« Don't expect the Ritz, but for a "beach house" it's on point. As the listing states, it's right on the water (bay of the ocean). The tide does go way out for several hours a day leaving just sand, but many seem to like to walk out there especially with their dogs. Appliances could use replacing, but they worked just fine. The furniture wasn't the most comfortable, but you also didn't need to stress over the dog which I find more important. We didn't spend much time sitting in front of the tv...

« Wow, wow, wow. When you walk on to the deck you are transported to another world. Doesn’t matter if is early morning, midday or watching the sunset. The cool breeze, the wave's, the views! « My sister and I were met by Todd and we were shown room 3. Very nice and helpful. This is probably the room where the property pictures were taken and it is breathtaking. The direct beach access had plenty of seating as well as the 2 firepit areas. Will stay here again for sure. »

« This is a tiny efficiency, not much extra space at all. It was just enough for my husband and I to have a getaway to the beach. The location was fantastic. Warning-bring any food you may want, there is little to no shopping nearby. Loved the beach and proximity to other spots. Highly recommend »

« Main problem is the host: not kind, often no response at all, not opened to discussion, very disapointing experience. When you call and two times the person just hang out on you, this is a lack of respect. I would rather rent a hotel room or a house who offer a nice service for future vacation. »

« The property was really absolutely perfect. There were a couple issues. The back slider needs work the sliding door. And there was a shade that was all torn but Overall beautiful perfect and Gloria is lovely. Thank you.! Be back next year if you’ll have us! »
