I had a beautiful view of the sunrise every morning from my balcony. The staff were wonderful. The location was ideal… The last place on the desirable West End, but yet I could park my car and bike ride or walk into the heart of town. Incredible views. I look forward to returning.

The lobby, cafe and restaurant were nice but the rooms were old and there wasn’t any place to set anything in the bathroom.
We were so happy to stay at The Provincetown Inn! The place is amazing.beautiful pool. The staff were so accommodating.
Tanysa went above and beyond for us! Dani and Tanya at front desk were so helpful. Such a pleasant staff that were superb and made us feel so special.
Thank you so much. We will certainly recommend friends and family to stay here!
Sincerely, Valerie Parise
The pool and private beach were great. Parking was also a nice amenity to have.

Very good location. Great views. The hotel is dated. The room we were in had a sink faucet that had a missing part. Some outlets had exposed wires. Furniture was scuffed up. Definitely needs some upgrades. Coffee shop coffee was very good. Food not so much. Recommend walking or driving to town for any meal. For the most part, staff was very nice. No regrets but will try a different spot next visit.
The room was clean, staff super helpful and the cafe downstairs was excellent.
It’s close enough to everything but still far enough to allow you some space from events.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Love the hotel and history. A few minor maintenance issues, but the amazing views are worth it. Just wish they had an elevator. Overall recommend.

Basic room, no thrills. The new coffee shop felt like a completely different building. Would be nice if the room had the same feeling. Overall a good stay. Great location.
Positives
Located in the quiet West End
Great views
Big pool
Parking
Comfortable beds
Many rooms have terraces with Adirondack chairs
Negatives
Paper thin walls. We could hear the baby crying in the next room and the people walking around in the room above us.
Small bathroom with tiny sink
Amenity fee is charged whether you use the pool or not
At almost $400 per night with taxes and amenity fee, it was an okay value considering it was Carnival Week in Provincetown

Location is a 10!
The hotel itself is dated. The lobby is in need of an update.
They did paint the rooms and put peel and stick flooring, which looked nice. The bed was comfortable, the view was breathtaking.
The pool was packed every day with locals, not just hotel guests...no chairs available to sit at the pool.
Also, buy your own ice!
The hotel ice machine is covered in mold.
Nice place to stay. Room was great and the bed was excellent. Bathroom was a little strange with the bathroom door hitting the toilet but doable. It would have been great if the bar and or restaurant was open while we were there. The cafe was good for a quick breakfast.
I always love there. They doing amazing job upgrading the hotel. Love the new coffee shop. Great addition to the hotel. Thank you. We will definitely be back soon.

I had stunning views of the harbor in Provincetown and the sun rises were unbeatable. New owners have done a lot to upgrade the areas of the hotel —— except the guest rooms. There was hair in the sink, hair in the shower, cracked floors (the plastic floor) inside the shower. Bedding was fine and otherwise a good stay but if it weren’t Provincetown no one would put up with that level of poor maintenance and pay hundreds to stay. The rooms wouldn’t qualify as a run down Motel 6 off of the freeway in the middle of nowhere where. But they are trying and I do appreciate the new coffee shop, speak easy, and the world class views - truly stunning views from the room. The hotel also had plenty of parking which is a huge issue in Provincetown. I would say, stay there only if economics require it/you’re staying alone. It’s not a place to enjoy with a romantic partner because it’s in such poor shape it might turn off people.

The views and location are nice. There is a large pool with a bar and grill, which is fabulous if you love pool days. My biggest annoyance was the indoor bar not being open past 7, the first woman I interacted with (unfriendly and told me I was too early… um, I knew, I just wanted to drop my luggage), and the cleanliness of the bathroom (unswept/mopped floor) and hair. It is also away from the action, so be prepared to walk or bike a mile to get into town or take a $12 uber.
