« The owner of this particular unit H2 had not changed the air conditioning air filter in a very long time as it was filthy covered in hair and dirt in the air was obviously difficult to breathe in the unit itself. I called the service number they said they would bring out a new filter and never did even though I reminded them several times so we bought a new filter and replaced it ourselves at our own expense. Unhappy »

« This was everything and more with our expectations. The only issue we had, which is NOT something our host was responsible for, was another family staying above us. They had kids that were very active till the wee hours of the morning (3:30) or so. With that she gave us instructions which we followed and it was much better the next night. Great visit »
