Enjoy all Branson has to offer with a stay at our serene condo. This condo is located in a brand new 4 plex building with onsite parking. Kick back and relax in this calm, quiet, and stylish space. Location, Location! The wonderful Branson Landing, world-famous Branson 76 Strip, and Lake Taneycomo are only a quick 5-minute drive from the condo. If you like to golf we highly recommend Holiday Hills Golf Course which is a mile away. Need more space? We have a second condo right next door to this one which sleeps 7. This bright, beautifully decorated, and brand new condo features a large studio bedroom/living room combo with a brand new king bed and a pullout sofa that can sleep two. There is also an in-room, full-size jetted tub, a large flat screen tv, and lots of room to spread out. The kitchenette has a small refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, and a Kuerig and is stocked with some basics to enjoy meals. \- Home is professionally cleaned after each stay \- All bedding, sheets, etc. are professionally cleaned after each stay \- High frequency touch surfaces are disinfected \- Blankets are placed in plastic bags to indicate they have been cleaned/washed \- All surfaces, floors, and handles are wiped down and sanitized after each stay About Branson, MO: We are located about 5 minutes from the middle of the Branson “strip” so that you have easy/quick access to all of the shows, entertainment (go-karts, bumper boats), outlet malls, and restaurants. We're only about 25 minutes from the iconic Silver Dollar City which you will certainly want to visit during your stay. Enjoy all that Lake Taneycomo has to offer -you can fish, go boating, hike, and take in the beauty of the lake. Lake Taneycomo is one of the world's premier year-round trout fishing lakes. You can also enjoy Moonshine Beach on Table Rock Lake which has a beautiful and clean beach & large roped-in area for swimmers nestled in a quiet cove. It also has picnic shelters and a kid’s play area with a jungle gym & slides. Rental of large umbrellas and kayaks are also available. Branson was voted the #1 Tourism destination in the entire Midwest. Silver Dollar City was also voted the #1 Theme Park in the WORLD by the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions. Branson, Missouri is known today as the “live music capital of the world” and it has a rich history dating back to its first days in the 1800's. Starting out as just a small store at a riverboat stop, the city now boasts over 45 theaters with 60,000 theater seats, over 70 live theater shows, over 200 lodging facilities with over 23,000 lodging rooms, 5,000 camping spaces, over 350 restaurants, three lakes, 9 golf courses, over 200 retail outlet stores, numerous attractions, caves to explore and year-round activities and entertainment. Come enjoy some fantastic Midwest entertainment! There are interior hall stairs to this condo. There is only one other unit on this level and no living space below the condo so you will enjoy comfort and quiet while on vacation. Parking is directly next to the condo building. This home has a standard hot water heater. If you run out of hot water, please wait 30 minutes for the hot water to produce a full tank of hot water and then proceed with showers, etc. Our unit features a high-efficiency washer and dryer combo unit - no need to hit the laundromat or carry dirty clothes home. We accept one small dog with a $75 pet fee. The dog must not remain along in the condo unless crated. We enjoyed the room very much. Very clean and inviting. Very quiet neighborhood. The room is up some stairs which we didn't mind, but if one had mobility issues this might be an issue. The bed was comfortable and the room was very cozy. My wife enjoyed the giant beanbag chair as a bonus. Great room for the price!The only thing that was a little frustrating was the traffic from the property across Lake Taneycomo. The highway down to the bridge roundabout was extremely congested every time we left our room and went over to Branson. It wasn't as bad coming back to the room however so I would consider this a minor issue in lieu of the overall quality of the room for the price. ##### Kevin K. It was just right for our family of four (two adults and two children), and surprisingly spacious for a studio setup. Our kids especially adored the giant bean bag chair, which quickly became the favorite lounge spot! The décor feels fresh and welcoming, the king bed was wonderfully comfortable, and even though we didn’t cook during our visit, it was great having a well-equipped kitchenette at the ready.The hosts were incredibly kind, thoughtful, and quick to respond. Their hospitality really made the experience shine. The jetted tub was spotless and looked so relaxing. I genuinely wish we’d had more downtime to enjoy it!One little tip for future guests: the condo is accessed via a fairly steep set of stairs, so keep that in mind when bringing luggage. Not a problem for us, just something good to know in advance.Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay. We were cozy, comfortable, and close to everything we wanted to do. This space was just as described and newly updated. The location was a quick five minutes from Branson Landing and in close distance to other attractions near by. We got to chat with the hosts who were incredibly hospitable and kind. As they have been living the Branson area for quite some time they were able to give very solid/awesome recommendations for nearby food and activities. The apartment was much smaller than it looked on line and the jacuzzi leaked so we couldn’t use it. It was located not far from the Branson Landing and was in a quiet area. Everything was nice and clean. The owner communicated frequently with us and had left a few snacks for us to enjoy.
