Spectacular location on a hilltop with spacious room overlooking scenery from the city view on the west to the rolling hills and greenery on the east. Upper floors have balconies, the grounds are beautiful and the resort is centrally located. It was peaceful, quiet, comfortable and a perfect getaway for us.

We have stayed at the Prescott resort often, on for over 20 years, the decor carpet and everything has been the same, but they are remodeling right now so maybe next time when we go it will be a better experience. The restaurants were closed on the 2 of days that we were there. And that included room service, which we did not know. We did order room service on the third day and it was excellent. The staff was excellent, we asked for extra pillows. They brought them to our room without a problem. We’re excited to make our next trip to see one of the new remodeled rooms!

My son and I went for the CPSA convention. We had never been to Arizona before. The hotel was a great location. We were able to sight see. During the convention the staff was very attentive to our needs. I highly recommend them.

As a woman traveling with my teen daughter, I felt very comfortable at this hotel. The room was nice and spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the parking lot felt safe. The resort is up on a hill, away from the main road. I could neither hear road sounds nor parking lot sounds. I actually switched to this hotel mid trip as my first motel was awful. The pool is the perfect temperature, and the hot tub was nice. I also liked the bath products they provided. I will definitely be staying here again when I visit Prescott.

This is our go-to place whenever we visit Prescott. The location is excellent, and the views from the rooms are beautiful. Check-in was easy, and the woman who assisted us with additional booking was so pleasant. We booked the newly remodeled king size room and that made our stay even more enjoyable.

Throughout our stay the staff was wonderful and helpful, facility and room exceptionally clean, bed was bird nested in the middle but ok for 3 nights, never was able to get into the pool area due to key card malfunctioning we were not the only ones staying here with this issue, key card malfunction every single time we tried to get in our room. It's close to everything Prescott and Prescott Valley good thing because the bar and restaurant were either closed or closed hours earlier then posted. The coffee place also was a hit or miss on when they were open despite hours being posted. Spa never open if you want a resort this is not a place to go if you want a clean hotel and safe place to stay I would chose them.

The restaurant food was good, both breakfast and dinner, however dinner staff was understaffed, resulting in waiting for service and undue stress for the only server. We had reservations for 6:00pm. Only one waiter? Really, on Friday night! In the rooms, no ADA availability not even grab bars in the bathrooms, so that was a concern due to disability. Nice indoor pool, however again, no safety rails at steps to hydro spa, cold water temp. On the brighter side, the facility is very nice, the staff all excelled in carrying out their respective obligations. Have stayed there many time in the past and despite some of the inconveniences, we will stay again in the future. The coffee shop and especially the nail salon staff were excellent as well.
