Communication with the property manager was terrible. Be aware of in person check in only. All the furniture in the house looks pretty but is terribly taken care of, lamps not working, no power cords on TV, Hot water heater went out so cold showers for 2 days, Toilet seat broken. Pretty much every piece of furniture was broken or about to break. All of this was communicated to the manager and nothing was done to try and fix anything. After multiple messages no response at all from the manager. Disappointing to say the least. ##### Kristen J. Séjour de 3 nuits en octobre 2024 ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### Irene S. 6 oct. 2024 Points forts : Propreté #### Property has potential but many maintenance issues Overall, this property met our need for 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is quite spacious and across the street from the Botanical Gardens, which was lovely to visit. It is about a 10-15 min. drive to downtown and a 45 minute walk and grocery stores nearby. We found it challenging to communicate with several different people with Vacationy, the manager of the property. Two people got locked into bathrooms as the inside handle fell off, no hot water in the washroom, light fixtures that were missing bulbs or flickering and a dining room table that needed a latch to keep it closed, plus wall outlets that were loose. A big issue is that there is no Air Conditioning and it was quite warm. I can't imagine how uncomfortable it would be in the summer. ##### Irene S.
