THE SPACE:  
Located and Inspired in the most emblematic artistic district of the city of Porto (Miguel Bombarda) and fully renovated in 2023, this flat provides a surprisingly comfortable stay in the centre of the city of Porto.  
  
We have prepared the flat so that you feel at home from the moment you arrive. In any case, if there is something missing in the flat, you can contact our team and you will receive help immediately.  
We have a three-bedroom flat, completely renovated and decorated with style.  
The flat has two complete bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen, including all the necessary cooking utensils; including salt, pepper, oil, sugar; cutlery, including wine glasses, etc.  
// Living room that has a space dedicated to study, furnished with a sofa bed and Smart TV with free access to Netflix.  
// Bedroom equipped with an extremely comfortable double bed (200x160) with orthopedic mattress, sofa and spacious wardrobe.

LONG-TERM RESERVATIONS  
Reservations for more than 15 nights are considered long-term reservations and are subject to the following rules:  
\-> We might request a safety deposit at check-in.  
\-> The energy and water bills must be paid separately.  
(How does this work: Every month, we calculate and charge the guest the amount of energy and water spent.  
\-> The deposit will be returned by the end of the stay after checking the space and receiving the payment of every bill.  
\-> By making a long-term reservation, guests agree to give the host access to the property, whenever requested, in order to assess the state of maintenance.  
  
CHECK-IN  
We may charge in-person check-ins after hours as per the following rates:  
After 8 pm: 15€  
After 10 pm: 25€  
After 1am: 50€  
These rates can be avoided with the available self-check-in.  
  
Before the check-in, guests must fill in a mandatory check-in form to identify all the guests that will stay in the apartment. Short term rentals are required to report guests' information to Borders Service (SEF).
