Elegant Richmond Gem nestled up to Hawthorne Blvd.

Come enjoy this delightfully renovated home tucked in right between two of PDX's most renowned and beloved treat streets. Infamous Hawthorne Blvd. & Division st. boast the best selection of shops, eateries, bars, theaters, etc. this wonderful city has to offer. The space itself is a completely updated and gorgeous 1 bed/1bath unit in a historic duplex. Right on a city Greenway for pedestrians and bikers heading between downtown and Mt. Tabor, there truly is a bit of everything to explore here!
The space
The entrance is on the side of the house off the driveway. There is one bedroom with a queen bed and a futon available for additional guests. A beautiful full kitchen with all of the amenities including stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee/tea bar, etc. will make you feel right at home. Washer/dryer, large walk-in closet and an office with computer/wifi are available in the suite. Roku TV’s are set up in the living room and in the bedroom.

Really well furnished, amazing location. One thing to note is low ceilings--probably not an issue if you're not quite tall but I am and I couldn't do some of my shoulder rehab exercises indoors because of this. But otherwise a great place to stay!

I'd certainly stay there again...

So nice and open-floor plan-ish... very comfortable bed & pillows, I didn't need my own... Jacob(?) is very affable & caring... only issues were a) the app told me that I would have off-street parking but the owner didn'tget the memo, b) a "rude" step down just inside the threshold almost made me face-plant more than once but owner said he'd put a warning sign by the door, c) shower floor is slicker than snot when wet, even worse with soap suds on it... owner will put some kind of sticky-pads on it to reduce that problem... It's not at all ADA friendly & I'm borderline disabled (hips, pelvis) but yeah, I'm look into staying there again when/if & visit Portland! Oh and if you jog, bike or just walk a lot the neighborhood will definitely delight you :-) Brian in Bonners

LOVED this place!

The location can’t be beat-near Hawthorne and the 75 bus. The place was clean, huge, and warm. And, thanks to the futon in the living room, we were both able to sleep when one of us (won’t say which one) started snoring.

Cozy spot with a great central location

I was in town for a work trip and Jami’s place was the perfect set up and location. Bed was super comfy and the full kitchen was great for rainy nights in. Definitely would recommend and would stay here again!

Great place!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. This was the end of our 2-week trip in Oregon. We were very comfortable and loved the restaurants/shops on Division and Hawthorne streets. It was SO nice to have a washer/dryer AND there was a makeup mirror to get ready for my class reunion. We would love to stay here again!

Great location

Easy walk to various restaurants and shops. Easy driving to hiking trails. Very roomy comfortable converted basement. Ceilings maybe low for very tall people. Well equipped kitchen. Had a great stay.

Lovely spot

Lovely little spot super clean neat and thoughtfully put together, bigger in person than it looks in the pictures! Location was great, quiet street but close to lots of activities! Upstairs neighbors were slightly noisy in the mornings but nothing crazy. Overall would definitely recommend!
