Offering a prime location near the heart of Sellwood-Moreland, this beautifully decorated, two-bedroom apartment will provide you with wonderful walking access to one of Portland's most charming and inviting neighborhoods. Come see why PDX monthly calls our neighborhood "Mayberry in Portland"! Private entrance, contact-less check-in, free and fast WiFi, full kitchen, workspace with desk and chair. This apartment is located on the lower level of a cute neighborhood home, with a living space that's highlighted by contemporary finishes and furnishings, stainless steel appliances in the open kitchen, and bold, whimsical accents of blue, green, and coral throughout. When you're not grabbing takeout or a delicious sit-down dinner at one of the acclaimed restaurants in Sellwood, you can prepare your own snacks and meals in the sparkling kitchen with a subway tile backsplash, kick back with a favorite TV show or board game, and get a restful night's sleep in one of the two queen bedrooms or on the living room's comfortable sleeper sofa. There is always free street parking nearby, and often directly in front of the house. Please note that, like many streets in the neighborhood, ours is narrow. You may have to pull to the side to let other drivers through. We are a lively family living upstairs with two children. There will be sound transmission from our day-to-day activities. During construction, we took care to soundproof the ceiling to minimize the noise coming through, and each bedroom is equipped with a sound machine, but complete silence downstairs is not possible.
