The beds were comfortable and we liked that there was laundry and a bathtub. (Washer needed some cleaning but the host was apologetic about this and provided a partial refund, which was much appreciated) The fenced yard was perfect for our dogs to play a bit after a long day in the car. The host was communicative ahead of time, but didn't respond to texts once we were there (instructions said to contact him by text with any questions) although we did arrive late at 9pm. The sauna wasn't working, which was a big disappointment. I recommend a less intense air freshener and blackout curtains for the windows facing the nearby blinking lights of the intersection (which one can also hear beeping all night if you're sensitive). Recommend paper tiger coffee in the morning! Cute shops in the neighborhood. ##### Emile S. We were on our way to the Oregon Coast with our six month old and 2 year old. We stopped to see some family in the Portland area for a couple nights and this was the perfect location for us with how close it was to the Portland area. We appreciated that it was a ways away from the business of the populated Vancouver and Portland area. Grand Blvd was quite noisy even at night, which was tough if you are not a heavy sleeper, or you have little ones. That’s the only negative to this location — everything else was clean and comfortable! ##### Sebastian C.
