"The room was phenomenal, everything was provided by the host prior to our arrival and communication was clear and succinct. The cottage was clean and ready for myself and the family, and we had a great time, it was near St Ives and Carbis Bay which was a simple five minutes walk away from the cottage. "The hotel is in a good location near the beach, only a short walk from the town, with a decent sized clean, comfortable room. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the only real downside was traffic noise and noisy guests at times. Overall it was really good value for money for the location and an enjoyable stay."

"Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the welcome gift was a thoughtful touch. The location was also great, with the town centre within walking distance, making it easy to get around. The only issue was with the parking information. The listing stated that parking was available, but I later found out that it is only provided for guests staying 7 nights or more. This restriction was not mentioned in the listing, so it would be helpful if this could be clarified for future guests. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this place."

"Beautiful property with views across st Ives, Carbis bay and Godrevy. Excellent communication and check in. Had a problem with a shower that wouldn’t switch off but hosts were on it and got a plumber out as soon as they could and thanked us with some prosecco. Overall a great stay .. only marred by some questionable cleaning so we did more than we would have liked ourselves. Rotten apple core in the attic room storage and generally a bit grubby. We didn’t let that spoil our stay in this beautiful house and location."
