"We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, the room looked just like in the pictures and we received a very warm welcome by Tommy, the hotel manager.
The location of the hotel is great for exploring the Old Quarter of Hanoi, it’s close to a bus stop to/from the airport and you can reach destinations like the Water Puppet Theater and Hoan Kiem lake by foot."
"Very convenient location in the old quarter. Clean, comfortable with great service from the cleaners, reception desk and doormen. Breakfast was excellent with lots of variety. Great rooftop pool and spa (massage) was excellent and very well priced. Highly recommend this Hotel. "
"The owner was very friendly. It reminded of Midwest hospitality and the rooms were basic but clean! I really appreciated how the owner was always asking if anything was needed etc. Felt very welcoming and the location was especially for tours."
"Property was well located and very accommodating to our needs. A lil bit dated but very clean and comfortable and a very affordable price for myself and my kids & grandson. Would certainly recommend and will stay there again when in Hanoi. "

10/10 Excellent
"Staff were amazing and very welcoming. Great hotel in a convenient location "
"The hotel is in a small alley, so it will take about 2 min walk from the big road. Good WiFi, firm bed, soft pillow, kettle for hot water, shower separated from the toilet and sink, clean and new amenities, quiet area even close to the noisy beer quarter,. The staff is especially very helpful with advise and carrying heavy luggage upstairs as no elevator available. The only down points are no elevator, sewer smell bathroom, useless safe box (can't be used as it's already closed). Price very affordable and cheaper than other places. I'll give it 4.5/5."
"Hotel has great team & location. Services are done on time, they have plenty of options for shuttles to airports, other supportive functions. Biggest pron - location & being able to commute fast to any spot around old quarter

"An outstanding hotel. Friendly/helpful staff, excellent central location and good value given the quality of the hotel. Breakfast buffet covered all tastes with attentive service. Overall, I would highly recommend the Oriental Jade Hotel for couples and families alike."
"We loved this Hotel. It’s beautiful interior, rooms etc. The breakfast was amazing. Rooftop bar is great. The beds are also super comfortable. A fantastic location."
"There are literally hundreds of hotels in Hanoi to choose from, each offering and promising ultimately the same. What sets Solaria apart from anywhere else is the level they go to to ensure your stay is comfortable, enjoyable and pleasurable. Every single member of staff went out of their way to know us, help us and recognise our needs .. often before we knew! Customer service is on a different level here and the hotel itself is gorgeous. The rooms are modern and large, the spa downstairs is a very welcome facility and offer an array of services at very reasonable prices and the rooftop bar is just heavenly! "
