This is a perfect little rental, and great value, exactly as described in an adorable town. Letchworth was beautiful. We loved the Charcoal Corral. One of 5 units, I would consider renting any of them, they were all cute! »

« We enjoyed the home. The horseback riding was great. They don't have AC in the house. They just have AC in the living room. The other rooms were hot. We were able to access a few fans and that helped. The bedroom setup is odd, but it worked well enough for us. »

« This tiny home is as described and is quite comfortable. Gwen is lovely and very helpful with great info on local restaurants and events and even provided kettle corn! There were only 3 small downfalls: 1) it's a bit cramped for 6 people 2) it's rather expensive for the size 3) watch out for the fan getting up and down from the loft! »
