« The house was not clean. Bathroom tub was full of hair and the shower curtain was filthy. The floors were filthy. The house seemed run down with cheap furniture.. the dishwasher didn’t work and there not a lot of dishes. There wasn’t enough towels for everyone and not enough toilet paper. The host was excellent with communication. »

« The house worked well for us. It’s big lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Host was very responsive when messaged. It does seem a bit abused by other guests. The ice and water in the refrigerator did not work. It still is much better than booking a hotel. »

« Louis was super helpful and responsive. Overall, the property was fine. Could use a little tlc but we didn't spend much time there because of the beach. There is no outside light on the deck, which makes it difficult to enjoy conversation with someone when it gets dark. The key to the trailer and golf cart fell between the deck openings, and it was a feat to recover. I have expressed that the key needs to be on a bigger key chain, as this would have been devastating to our stay if not...

« Pros: Clean, gorgeous pool, diving board and slide, the beds were all comfortable, loved the location very private, 20–25-minute ride to Niagara Falls, few miles to large grocery store, plenty of towels and extra blankets. Adequate cooking supplies. Well laid out for family. Answered my questions when asked. Very responsive regarding a personal item left at the house. Cons- Minor: No baking sheets or pans. Quirky closets, one had one door, others missing knobs. Minor maintenance issues....

« L'hôtel a des murs pas très épaisse. Des enfants.ats jouaient dans les couloirs a 22h mais l'hôtesse ne pouvainy rien faire. Le petit déjeuner: Les mains sont encore dans les sachets faut se servir soit meme. Le grillé pain n'est pas propre et digne d'un hôtel. 1 seul choix de thé a l'orange qui n'est pas au goût de tous. »
