From the amazing custom built table, the custom cabinetry, the beautiful staircase and the custom wood floors to the sheer realization that you can comfortably sleep 30 people, the experience is AWE INSPIRING!
It's a lot to take in and it is an incredible experience to walk through the doors.
The custom dining table, hand-crafted from cedar, is a beautiful addition to your dining experience. The chef's kitchen is fully stocked with any and every appliance you will need to create that gourmet meal with all the other chefs in your group! It has a 6-burner gas range, a pot-filler, double oven, and a grill grate.
The king-sized side-side refrigerator/freezer will keep your goodies nice and cold.
Bedroom arrangement
- [ ] On the first floor of this beautiful property, there is:
- [ ] 1 king master with an en suite bathroom with a large walk in shower and a beautiful free-standing soaking tub.
- [ ] It also has a small bunk room with a set of queen bunks with a bathroom in the hallway,
- [ ] a queen room with side by side queen beds with an ensuite bathroom
- [ ] The second floor Has 3 more King masters with ensuite bathrooms.
- [ ] The first king master is located at the top of the stairs. It has a beautiful ensuite bathroom with an oversized walk in shower. It has a door that opens onto the large upper deck, with amazing views from east to west!
- [ ] There is a bunk room with 1 set of queen bunks and 1 set of twin bunks with a shared hallway bathroom.
- [ ] 1 bedroom with side by side queen beds, with ensuite bathroom with tub and shower combos. This bedroom also has a door that opens onto the upper deck.
- [ ] 1 bedroom with side by side queen beds, with access to to shared hallway bathroom
- [ ] In the hallway is a coffee bar in the alcove so you can enjoy your morning coffee watching the sun rise over the water, listening to the waves as they meet the sandy shore.
- [ ] At the end of the separate hallway are 2 more bedrooms on either side of the hallway, each with Kings with en-suite bathrooms.
Each bedroom comes with HDTV streaming Hulu live, Disney and ESPN
The downstairs entertaining area sports a custom cedar-topped tik bar and an outdoor shower, both complete with palapas.
The beautiful pool with a gorgeous waterfall and a marble edged surround is the highlight of the downstairs entertaining area, and can be heated in the cooler months for an extra fee, dependent on market prices.
EV charger is available, we do not provide charging cable.
We do not provide cooking oil or seasonings.
Dogs are allowed with an additional non refundable pet fee of $250 for two dogs under 50 lbs, may need to be added after booking.
Pool can be heated for an additional nightly fee, contact us for the amount. Will need to be added after booking, please send us a message to request this service.
Events, including groups for prom, graduation, wedding parties or any occasion that might include extra guests, will have an additional non-refundable event fee of $1000 and must be scheduled with the property host. This beautiful home can not exceed over 50 people at any time during any event.
