Whether you’re getting ready for the day or winding down, the apartment offers everything you need to feel relaxed and refreshed. It is centrally located across the street from the beach and a 10 minute walk to a private pier to go fishing with tables and with its own sink for cleaning the fish you catch. The property has a 9 hole golf course, tennis courts that you can watch the games right from the comfort of the apt balcony. Also pickleball courts walk distance from the apt. The property has a club house right on the beach with a pool for more privacy on the beach. Ping pong and pool tables, gym and a sauna with his and her baths and lockers. The property has 5 pools with one of them having a pub. It has a mile or so of decking where you can walk, and a couple of tables where you can look at the river and see the beautiful sunsets.
