Villa Font Xica is an attractive 3 bedroom villa set in the heart of the stunning Pollensa countryside. Beamed ceilings, an ornamental fireplace and open plan design make this charming villa an ideal choice. This detached property has a large private pool and ample space around the terraces to enjoy relaxing in the Majorcan sunshine. What’s more, both Puerto Pollensa and the historic town of Pollensa are both just a 10 minute drive away. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms are included.  
  
Villa Font Xica is ideally situated between the Tramuntana mountains and the beautiful Almadrava countryside. You’ll be just a 10 minute drive from the spectacular crescent shaped bay of Puerto Pollensa, with its beautiful sandy beaches, stylish marina and an array of restaurants and local bars to enjoy. Pollensa Old Town, with its historical cobbled streets leading to the Calvari steps, is also 10 minutes’ drive away. Here you can sip on a glass of local wine in the square or enjoy the hustle and bustle of the weekly market. If you prefer natural rocky coves, then look no further than the attractive resort of Cala St Vicente, just a 15 minute drive away with fantastic snorkelling opportunities.
