"Pros: Easy access to MTR and Ocean Park, room and common areas clean, great pools for all ages especially kids, activities for kids over Easter, lovely aquarium in lobby. Cons: Room is small and cramped, not even enough room to have my big suitcase open anywhere. It was extremely busy, meaning we had to queue for over 15 minutes to be seated at breakfast - there were often free tables, but they couldn't clear them fast enough. The breakfast itself also wasn't great. "

Please be sure you take out this untrue service at the hotel information out from your system. This is truly misleading information. And this is main reason I booked this hotel for my trip. "

"Overall, the stay was brilliant. The cleaning staff were very friendly, plus they did a good job cleaning. The room was cool, and was comfortable. When you go outside, there would be plenty of delicious food restaurants. Additionally, there is also a Wellcome store so it was very convenient just in case we were lacking something. "

"Hotel is situated close to MTR station, very convenient. Room was clean, hotel staff very helpful. They offered the traveller's adaptor which was no cost for use in room. I would recommend this hotel to other's travelling to HK."

"Lovely property in Wan Chai. Close to a number of good restaurants, the ding ding stop and walking distance to the Causeway. Quiet rooms. Really excellent staff. Breakfast buffet was top notch. Air conditioning system was a bit odd; couldn’t figure out why sometimes it was quite chilly and other times warm even when the temp was set to 23C. Overall, a great stay."
