"Friendly staff. We had an issue with the TV and it was addressed in 5 minutes and was replaced in less than an hour. Room was clean. Bathrooms could use a little updating but are clearn. If you plan on going to Dover Motor Speedway, this is a great place to stay, less than a half hour away. If you want to go to the beach, Slaughter Beach is only 15 minutes away. If going to Dover again I would definitely stay here agian."

"This home is absolutely stunning. Every detail felt thoughtful and personal—more like borrowing a friend’s place than staying in a typical beach rental.It could have been designed to maximize it as a rental. There’s plenty of room for triple-decker bunk beds you’d find in some properties. But it doesn’t do that. Instead, each room is spacious, comfortable, and beautifully furnished — designed to be perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The 4th-level hot tub was a favorite, surrounded by cozy seating and a fire pit table. Every deck has inviting furniture for morning coffee or evening drinks.The elevator was a game changer—not just for my mom in her 70s, but for luggage and groceries too. What really stood out was our host, Emily. She wasn’t just responsive and accommodating, she was proactive. The house was stocked with thoughtful extras, including drinks, a handwritten note, and a detailed binder of local recommendations. When I couldn’t find something in the house, she overnighted one via Amazon. I won’t say what it was — I don’t want to set unrealistic expectations for future guests — but it was just the perfect example of how above and beyond this experience was. During our July 4th stay, the beach near the house had a surprising number of horseshoe crabs. We knew it might happen, and simply biked or drove a short way down the shore to clearer spots. It worked out great for us. We’re so grateful for a wonderful week and highly recommend Emily’s home."
