Wir wurden am Check-in lieb empfangen & es wurden uns die Hotel Zimmer karten gegeben und ein Band für die Hand. Der Reseptionist hat uns die Zimmerkarte gegeben und direkt zum Zimmer geführt & hat uns gar nicht informiert, was inkl. sei und wo der Frühstückssaal war, pool usw...
