« No hot water and no communication. We had no hot water - like the hot water was turned off, it was ice cold and no faucet increased. We called, texted, and messaged through Expedia, and got no response. No one is on site. If I am paying this price for a lodge stay I expect to be able to have hot - or at the very least warm water. « Nice room overall. Fireplace was nice. Everything worked. However, the bathroom and entry tile had a lot of grime and dirt showing on it. It was not from a recent stay but appeared to be accumulation over time. I wonder if the carpet was that dirty too. »

« We stayed in Room 307, and if you are sensitive to noise, you might ask to stay on the top floor. You could hear every footfall and dropped object through the ceiling. The room was very clean though! Excellent housekeeping. The breakfast was not great either: sad potatoes and glum omelettes. »
