Bien pour deux ou trois nuits
Parfait pour deux ou trois nuits. Très gentils, le jour de notre départ, il pleuvait à verse et ils nous ont déposé dans le centre.

Le lit n'était pas très confortable.Nous avions toilette et douche à l'extérieur de notre unité.Ce n'est pas très commode. Nous avons eu des backpackers beaucoup mieux pour le prix.

Charming and comfortable
The place is really charming ! Crew very friendly and place well located. The wifi quality was poor tho.

Thanks so much for staying with us. The WiFi is bane of our life also.. the professionals have assured us this will be vastly improved with the arrival of Fibre here in September

As this accommodation was inexpensive we were pleasantly surprised by our nice room and the breakfast being included. We would recommend dinner at The Crow tavern.

The room was not very clean - it badly needed a vacuum and a through clean of the bathroom which amongst other things had a long hair just left on the sink. And my bed's mattress was lumpy and well past the point where it needed to be replaced. The sheets were clean, though, even if not much else was. The location was convenient to taking the ferry back north, and too shopping and food.

As a family we have stayed here a number of times because of its location and the friendly staff. This time it was looking very tired and grotty. Also I booked a 4 bed family suite. I did not realise this meant 1 small room with bunks and single bed. No bathroom. We will probably stay again because of the location and price.

Det lå et lille stykke fra centrum og var vel derforret billigt. Dejlige omgivelser Med bjerge og kæmpe træer. Hele to rene håndklæder og et stykke natursæbe. Rart og rent værelse. God seng. Morgenmad! Jeg kunne godt lide dette sted, men de kunne vist ikke lide mig.

This is the best hostel we stayed in in NZ. Wonderfully clean and comfortable, large common room with comfy couches and a friendly staff. Kitchen well stocked.

I have never receive a reservation confirmation in spite the fact that I had paid in advance. I had to book in the other Backpackers, Atlantis where I also paid Sequoia never gave me an answer neither the rembousemt of what I had paid.

You booked with expedia not with sequoia and they would've sent you a confirmation and you paid to them not to us so you need to sort your facts out before criticize and give a damaging rating of 1 that was nothing to do with us
