No place, other than the bathroom to hang black tie clothes for a wedding. Minimal space to place any luggage. No space to just hang out. Small desk and chair on the sidewalk leading into the room. Placed between 2 tall gates. This was a converted garage bay. The garage door opening and the vacuuming up the room woke me up. The o my window was in the door looking out at a fence. I left after one night. The mattress was very I uncomfortable . The bed was pushed against the wall so my husband had to crawl over me to get out. It was clean. Not a place to relax and enjoy the weekend. Just a place to sleep. But it is definitely not a guest house. The room is the size of a small hotel room. There was no comfortable place to sit and relax. The room was perfect for our visit to Gilbert. It is a small one room space inside of the home's 3 car garage. The main room includes a table for eating and a small kitchen. There is also a private bathroom with a nice shower. Everything was clean and comfortable. The room has a heater/ac that works well (you may need to adjust the setting to heat or cool).
