« Everything is just as advertised. Convenient to several trails, though not really trails suitable for kids/fourwheelers. If you have a UTV or Jeep, you won’t have any problem entering on 26/27 super close by. Bathroom is very big, and the endless hot water at the end of a long day of rising was fantastic. »

« We have been coming to small mountain towns around atv trails in Tenn. for a decade yearly as a guys trip. But I have yet to fall in love with any town the way I did with Petros. The history with BMSP, access to trails, the house, seriously the house. So much room, very nice updates, lots of room to hang, sleep, cook, eat, park, and ride. « Great place to go after a hectic day with family. All the comforts of home and none of noise of staying in a hotel. The host was very quick to respond to every question and very accommodating. Bless his heart I changed my start date at the last minute without difficulty. I also early on extended my stay by one day because of a family outting and he was very accommodating. « This is a great place to stay. It is exactly as listed, clean, easy to get around, great fenced in areas for pets and children. The fenced in play house is a great addition to the yard. The climate controlled sun room is were we spent most of our time. Easy to navigate the community as well. Overall 10 out of 10 stay! »
