"Ceris at the front counter was fantastic! So helpful kind and funny. We loved the pool area with forest backdrop. Getting some sun before dinner made our day! Only feedback is that the jackhammering in the morning from the hotel doing Renoes next door woke me up. "

"The staff are genuinely friendly, and the hotel has a great large pool, hot tub, and sauna. Some rooms even have their own private saunas, which is such a nice bonus. I love walking into the room with relaxing music playing and the fireplace already on, it’s a really welcoming touch. They do their best to accommodate early check-in and late checkout, which I really appreciate. It may not be the fanciest hotel in Whistler, but it’s definitely one of the best. The location is a huge plus, and if you get a room with mountain views, it’s absolutely breathtaking. I’ve stayed at almost every hotel in Whistler, and I keep coming back here :)"

"The room was very warm and comfortable, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The pool and hot tub was a bit small. The front desk staff were all very friendly and provided great service throughout our stay. One small issue: housekeeping entered and started cleaning close to the 11 a.m. checkout time, which caused some confusion between my personal towels and the hotel’s towels. It would be better if they could confirm with front desk before entering to clean before 11am. Overall, a pleasant stay."

"The property was nice but service cold and unfriendly. Mentioned the stay was for a birthday celebration, the front desk person that checked us in didn’t even say happy birthday. I also mentioned I was a Hilton Honours member, no recognition of that either, only to see a sign at the other check in/out desk the day after (already at checkout), that welcome drinks are offered for members. Really poor service overall."
