The house is very nice, lots of seating in the living room and the dining room. Three nice bedrooms in the house, and a large separate area over the garage. Note that the garage is not connected to the house, and there is no bathroom. So may not be suitable for smaller children without an adult. The "doghouse" over the shed provides even more sleeping space, but again no bathroom, and a walk from the house. Soundproofing was also good between the floors and being on the end of a dead end was the ultimate in a quiet getaway."
