"Everything you need is only minutes away from this excellent hotel. Walking minutes! You can eat three meals a day for a week, at different restaurants, and still not have tried them all. The MTR is right across the street, giving you access to all of Hong Kong. Need nasal spray at 2AM like I did? Walk in safety to the 7-11 one street down the road. I love the atmosphere inside the rooms! They are tiny and compact, but you're there to visit the outside city, right? The only reason I didn't give 5 stars this time is because the bed felt stiff as a board... and I couldn't figure out how to work the heating properly, but that was probably my fault. "

"Hotel is attached to a mall and MTR station plus bus terminal making it very convenient to go anywhere in Hong Kong. There is a walkway to the heart of commerce (Mong Kok) of Hong Kong, making shopping both inexpensive stuff from street vendors or top end stores very accessible. Perfect location for a short stay in HK. Also the MTR station is a direct rail line to China , making a very quick to reach Shenzhen"

"When we checked in the reception staff were polite but not too welcoming. Nothing was explained such as wi-fi, or the nearest MRT station, or that the address is on the access key holder, or the options to get to the airport. Little things that can make a huge difference to a guest's stay. On the other hand the housekeeping staff were friendly and courteous, regardless of the lack of a common language between us. I returned to reception later on to ask if there was any milk for the room and I received a stare, followed by a single "No". The bathroom wall facing the bed has a timber-like veneer which was covered in hand and finger prints. The tv turned on, but did not have any channel reception. This was promptly fixed once we called reception, and 2 attempts to explain it to the housekeeping staff. Bedding was clean. The young man that assisted us with storing our luggage after we checked out was friendly and polite. It's a good location being a stroll to Nathan Road, Temple Street, Jordan Road MRT station, Kowloon Park, Canton Road with the Royal Pacific Hotel and a couple of malls, and about a 15-20 minute stroll to Victoria Harbour/Star Ferry/Avenue of Stars."
