« Hôtel correct, mais l’extérieur/le hall d’entrée principal était en rénovations majeures, donc accès au lobby plutôt compliqué et difficile. Aussi, l’isolation au niveau sonore est très mauvais, nous pouvions entendre les gens des chambres voisines discuter, les télévisions, les gens dans les corridors... bref, apportez des bouchons si vous êtes sensible au bruit! »

« A nicely decorated hotel, located near wet and wild and the Featherdale animal park. Comfortable bed and spacious room. Nice lobby with games. However, there is no laundry room, which is definitely a blind spot for a family. Very good restaurant. Défini recommend the breakfast. »

Par contre, notre badge pour le parking (option payante) n'a pas fonctionné en pleine nuit donc nous avons été facturé alors que la voiture est restée dans la rue !!! « If I was local I'd support this hotel. Afternoon staff are fantastic and go above and beyond to help patrons. The contract cleaning staff do not clean properly, that's the only down side. We'll be coming back to stay on our next trip. »
