The flat is on the ground floor, in the hamlet of Santa Chiara, a stone's throw from the bay of Bue Marino, a quiet area with little traffic.  
Inside a small tourist village,  
  
Equipped with a living room with kitchenette in typical majolica tiles, "flat screen" TV, air conditioning, heat pump, wi-fi connection, bathroom with shower, , bed linen and towels and a comfortable and spacious bedroom. The flat is completed by a comfortable and spacious terrace covered by a typical cannizzo. Bedroom with a bed width of 1.80m. Living room with flat-screen satellite TV. Dining corner with 4-seater table in the living room. Kitchen equipped with gas cooker and crockery  
Bathroom with shower, hairdryer and linen included  
  
Garden, private parking, Wi-fi, A/C, gym and access to all fitness courses scheduled during the period of stay. Breakfast room by the pool. 2 covered terraces with table and chairs. Shared swimming pool equipped with deckchairs and areas covered with canopies. Private parking and automated gate  
  
The flats are all different from each other, independent entrance, typical covered terrace, the property has private parking and a large outdoor kitchen by the pool, where breakfast is served. From reception it is possible to organise excursions on land, at sea and to the typical wine cellars.  
  
It is about 1 km from the centre of Pantelleria, about 1.5 km from the port, and about 3 km from the airport.  
Given the nature of the holiday, it is essential to have your own means of transport, which we recommend booking at the same time as your stay and which can be picked up directly at the airport. The sea is approx. 400 m away Supermarkets/restaurants nearby 1 km
