The front of the house consists of a wall of glass with sliding doors giving access to the sparkling pool, spa, and expansive patio.

Crisp light floods the front of the house while the rear glass sliding door gives access to the spacious back yard for catching the perfect evening breeze and private conversation. The open design of the great room creates the perfect setting for casual or formal entertaining, or just relaxing. Food preparation in the kitchen, grilling on the patio, and drinks at the counter island flow unobstructed so no one is left out of the fun! The ace in the hole for Modern Living is its TWO Master Suites. The grand master suite has the same easy access to the pool and mountain views as the Living Area through a wall of glass. Open and flowing to the pool or private and intimate, you decide. If the responsible party will not be present at the time of check in, a copy of your photo ID must be sent in 4 days prior to arrival to confirm identity and age.
EVERYONE MUST BE 25 YEARS OR OLDER IN ORDER TO STAY AT ANY OF OUR PROPERTIES, unless the parents of the guests under 25 are staying at the house also.
