« We had a good stay at Pan Nam Resort. Staff were wonderful and worked hard on the English. (I had to use a translator app). We had no hand towels nor hand soap in the bathroom. The bath fixtures are very dated and in need of repair. The shower dripped day and night so we had to keep the door closed so we could sleep. The only other thing is there were no clothing hangers for our clothing. Some I like to hang to let the wrinkles out and I like to handwash some clothing but nothing to...

« They did not have my booking when I arrived. The rooms are dated as are the bathrooms. I even had 4 cockroaches in the bathroom. I did not stay for my 2nd night. Despite the large grand front reception - the hotel is IMO only a 2\* at best. »

"Petit resort composé de bungalows très simples, mais très jolis, bien entretenus et très propres. Seul bémol, les odeurs désagréables qui émanent de la salle de bains et ce malgré un nettoyage quotidien. En dehors de cela, la literie est confortable, le bungalow est assez grand, avec une petite terrasse pour déjeuner le matin. La climatisation est un plus non négligeable. A noter également la gentillesse et la disponibilité des personnes qui y travaillent."
