« My daughter and I came for a little girls trip. The house was exactly as described - SUPER clean and in a good location. The host was super communicative and addressed any issues we had; which were super small (needed a folding chair for desk work) that was it! We loved this place and were sad to leave Pagosa Springs. Highly recommend staying here ;) »

« Everything was great. The property was so nice. Nicely decirated. Loved being able to use the garage with the remote. Most if the lughr switches were labled which was super helpful. The only 7sdue was the price/night on the listing. Gave one price but then on the booking total included a host fee and another $85 fee that was not clear what it was for. Felt misleading initially. However, we will choose this property to stay at again if available. »

« This home had everything we needed. We especially appreciated all the decor that made if feel homey and special. The beds were super comfy as well as all the furniture. We enjoyed playing games and cooking for family. »

« Very cool old historic house, redone with a modern rustic theme that was beautiful. The host provide every amenity we needed, and we really enjoyed the use of the hot tub also. I only suggestion would be to get blackout shades for the bedrooms, because it does get bright early. Everything else was fantastic! »

« We had a great stay. The house isn’t very far from Pagosa and was an easy drive into Durango as well. The property is in a neighborhood, but feels very private, especially the hot tub. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and utensils. You’ll definitely want 4WD or AWD to get in and out of the driveway if the weather is wet at all. »
