« L’hôtel est son petit déjeuner. Ma chambre a été laissé ouvert à deux reprises malgré que je l’ai signalé. Aucun geste commercial n’a été effectué. Aucune excuse de la part des responsables de l’accueil. Cela est inacceptable quand vous partez que vous rentrez et que vous trouvez votre chambre ouverte parce qu’ils ont oublié de la fermer correctement cela m’a vraiment déçu et ce n’est pas à une seule reprise à deux reprises. »

« Une nuit. Bon état général. On peut le recommander. Seul point négatif: Il n'y a pas de petit déjeuner, considérant qu'avoir du café et une pâtisserie sous blister ne peut s'appeler "petit déjeuner", mais seulement "Café". »

« Nice and clean, comfortable beds and pillows, we were only there for one night and didn’t get the breakfast due to a surgical procedure being done, but grabbed a bagel bag on the go and had it after the procedure. Very pleasant experience and felt completely safe. Will definitely be back as we have a lot of appointments at Mary Bridge. Very convenient location. »

« Hotel was clean but located directly across from a Methadone clinic so many homeless addicts wandering around nearby. AC didn’t work the 3 nights we stayed and front desk staff obviously didn’t want to deal with it so they put a post it note on the back of the monitor at the front desk that read ‘AC not working sorry’. Breakfast was ok. Nice facility just really scary neighborhood so beware. Parking was locked underground so that is a plus because your car wouldn’t be safe outside. »

« I made an error upon booking and booked a day later than what I required. Upon arrival to check-in I was told that the system would allow the clerk to change the booking to a date in the future but not for the current day. I was not granted a refund despite having made the booking less than one hour prior to arrival. I will not be booking with hotel Murano in the future. »

« Since the last time I stayed there, they have changed some things. We have individual coffee machines, which is really good.Because the old ones were kind of gross. The staff gave me a thank you letter in an envelope with the candy bar in it. And that was very nice. And lots of coffee available at all times. »

« This was the worse hotel/motel I have ever stayed at. It was real noisy I got zero sleep prior to my 5 hour drive the next day. I was on the bottom floor and it sounded like somebody was jumping on the floor above me all night long, »

« un hotel qui remplit son objectif. On y est pour la proximité de l'aéroport et c'est là le but principal. Le petit déjeuner est symbolique mais l'accueil est bon et les chambres fournies sont de facture correcte; même la wifi est très bonne. Que désirer de plus! »
