"The staff is kind, but feel they were understaffed or not well managed. At check-in, no carts and was directed to look for them on my own. Found a used towel on the back of our bathroom door. The hot tub, when turned on, made us and others sick (coughing and tearing eyes) due to the amount of chemicals (reported to front desk) - we had to vacate within half a minute. The common areas (elevators, outside trash overflowing)were filthy. "

"This hotel was not customer service friendly at all whatsoever. Check in was late even though i had a reservation. I checked in the room and reserved the room for my daughter. They kicked my daughter out for noise complaints at 2AM with not one warning. It was her and her two friends listening to music and dancing late. That's fine. They shouldve been quieter. My issue is speaking with the front desk agent and manager who told me that I would not get my deposit back because of the complaints. The room was not damaged or anything. The front desk agents were not trying to help with this issue at all. The front office manager called me from her cell phone(unprofessional) to argue me down about how my daughter was not 21. Her being 20 years old does not justify keeping my deposit. She says that noise complaints is part of the incidentals and i agreed to it when i signed the contract. I didn't receive a contract paper at check in just the keys. I left one of the keys at the front desk for my daughter, she picked it up with no problems. They didn't ask for ID and I told them that "my daughter" would be picking up a key. No one told me about an age policy and i clearly stated my daughter. The only rules that I was informed about were on the expedia website. All of a sudden since they just want to keep my deposit, they have all of these rules. Nothing is wriiten down. Corporate has no idea what is going on. The staff just wants to argue and be right not provide decent "
